Our General Principal, Dr. Nancy Wang, is responsible for the overall operation of the school. Our Foreign Principal, Mr. David Ranson, is responsible for school’s holistic education to enhance the international quality and features of Zeolym. Mr. Davy Liu, as our Executive Principal, is responsible for academic and university counselling management. Mr. Xueping Xiang, our Administrative Principal of Zeolym, is responsible for the Party branch and the labour union of the school.

Over 90% of Zeolym's teaching staff come from top-tier international and bilingual schools in Shanghai. With 100% teachers holding undergraduates degrees, with 56% of teachers holding master's degrees, 12% with doctor’s degrees, and 50% being overseas returnees. The teacher-student ratio is 1:5, ensuring individualized attention and guidance for each student.

Zeolym adopts a personalized learning approach and dual-classroom teaching mode. It integrates the dual-mentor system focusing on both academic and college counseling, along with an emphasis on holistic education and life skills development, providing comprehensive support and guidance to students.

The “ZOE program” (Zenith Olympiad Enterpris)" serves as Zeolym's innovative curriculum system, emphasizing project-based learning program (HPQ&EPQ) to comprehensively enhance students' abilities and global vision. It utilizes AI technology to offer real-time feedback and personalized learning support to students.

Zeolym has established sister school partnerships with renowned schools in the UK（Brockenhurst College） and collaborative relationships with prestigious institutions in the UK, USA, Australia, Canada, and other countries, providing students with extensive international exchange opportunities and overseas learning experiences, to broaden their global vision and enhance their competitive edge.

Zeolym places emphasis on character education, implementing curriculum and community activities around six core virtues: “Courtesy, Wisdom, Justice, Faith, Generous, and Benevolence”.
